1. Can I return or exchange an item after purchase?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 daysof delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. What items are eligible for return or exchange?

  • Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Customized or branded packaging products (e.g., printed BOPP tape, personalized containers, or custom labels) CANNOT be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
✔ Clear photos/videos showing the defect or incorrect item.
✔ Your order details (Order ID, name, and phone number).
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications carefully before purchasing.

5. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To request a return, kindly follow these steps:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

7. How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via store credit or the original payment method.

8. Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if processing has started.

9. Do you offer refunds for customized products?

  • No, customized or branded packaging products are non-refundable.
  • If there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong design, poor printing quality), we will offer a replacement after verification.

10. How do I track the status of my return or exchange?
